ALTEN Operating Committee

The Operating Committee provides the Board of Directors with the relevant information to manage the business and define the strategic decisions.
The Operating Committee supervises and manages the Group’s business. It sets trading, financial and personnel policies and, whenever necessary, proposes corrective measures.
The Operating Committee also advises the Board of Directors on the remuneration of Company officers, stock options, acquisitions and mergers of Group entities.
